Championing Gluten-Free

At Purezza we’ve worked over the years to ensure that our menu is as inclusive as possible. Most of our dishes are gluten-free by default, and easy tweaks mean we can turn most of the menu gluten-free without any compromise on flavour.

We’ve developed our own gluten-free dough, called Freedom Dough. This careful blend of a variety of flours creates a gluten-free sourdough that rivals our regular dough – in fact, most people can’t taste the difference. Gorgeously soft, a little chewy, and perfectly fluffy.

Most likely, yes! All of our dishes are freshly made to order, most can be adjusted to your requirements. Our staff are highly trained around allergens, and we are always looking to remove the 14 major allergens from our dishes, aiming to be inclusive with all customers regardless of their dietary requirements. Please speak to any member of our team about any allergens so we can offer you tailored support and information.

Yes, we do! And the best part is that each kid under 10 eats for free for every adult dining. £5.00 for each additional child pizza.

Sustainability

Purezza Manchester opened in Summer 2021, it was our most eco-friendly project to date, and we’ve meticulously built every inch of it with sustainability in mind.

The plaster on the walls is made from sustainable clay and we’ve only used up-cycled lamp-shades, with ultra sustainable lighting. All electricity in the restaurant is from renewable electricity sources – from solar, wind and hydro only

When you grab a seat in Manchester, you’ll sit yourself down at one of our tables, which will be made with wood, stone, or terrazzo – all of which are fashioned from recycled and reclaimed materials. But don’t forget the seat itself! These are made with innovative plant-based leather, crafted using recycled plastic bottles.
